      <description>&lt;p&gt;        实验室团队胃肠外科方向陈俊强教授等获授权国际发明专利《Organometallic drug-loaded nano-particle for targeted treatment of tumors and a preparation method theory》，该发明提供了一种用于靶向治疗肿瘤的有机金属纳米载药颗粒及其制备方法，属于载药颗粒制备技术领域。该发明的有机金属纳米载药颗粒，由金属锌纳米骨架、缺氧激活前药、声敏剂和同源肿瘤细胞膜构成，其中缺氧激活前药是替拉扎明，声敏剂是二氢卟吩e6。该发明利用包裹同源肿瘤细胞膜的特点，靶向运送纳米载药系统到达肿瘤部位。有机金属纳米骨架在肿瘤部位纳米骨架酸响应性裂解，释放出其装载的药物。超声二氢卟吩e6释放活性氧后，杀死肿瘤细胞，同时，加剧了肿瘤环境的缺氧，进一步诱导替拉扎明杀死肿瘤细胞，从而实现对肿瘤的治疗作用。因此，该发明的纳米药物制备方法对胃癌治疗方法的改进具有重要意义。&lt;/p&gt;
